We continue our Players of the Summer with the Big 12 and @GoBearcatsBASE as a pair of new faces impressed ahead of their arrival on campus.
Cal Sefcik was a big bat for the @KingsportAxmen as he clubbed 13 XBH and drove in 40 runs while Brandon Scheurer dominated for the @mhcmarlins in the Coastal Plain League, throwing 12 shutout innings and striking out 20.

To put into perspective how incredible @CalSefcik was for the @KingsportAxmen this year, I am STILL stunned by his game-tying 2-run homer in the bottom of the ninth against Johnson City on July 19th!
