Building on last year’s executive order to address the mental health crisis among young men & boys, CA is taking a whole-of-government, lifecycle approach — scaling behavioral health supports, starting early in education, expanding mentorship & service opportunities & more.

Youth discussed what “crashing out” means to them, what drives it & how they're actually coping — or not — when pressure hits. When young men have consistent adults, safe spaces & real tools to process what they’re carrying, they can learn to regulate before that moment arrives.
