Ando en El Salvador y el país no deja de sorprenderme.
El Salvador, con menos recursos, está levantando escuelas públicas modernas y funcionales.
La educación no falla por falta de recursos. Falla por falta de decisiones correctas añadiendo que uno que otro queriendo “pellizcar” alguito 💰💰

The old legal system worked very well, but only in the Europe that existed between the end of WW2 and COVID-19 (and in less than five other countries).
It doesn’t work anymore. Legal systems respond to social contracts, and social contracts are, by definition, different in different societies and constantly changing.
However, we are not even applying a different system here. These “mass trials” and the prosecution of the leadership of criminal organizations for the crimes committed by their members are not a legal innovation; they are a recognized doctrine in international law. It is called “command responsibility,” and it was applied by the Allied countries in the Nuremberg Trials.

When people go to San Salvador to highlight what @NayibBukele has done to change this country they always show you that beautiful square in the center.
So then you get haters online who say “it’s only one part of the city.”
This is an entirely different part of San Salvador. It’s really the whole place.
Just take a quick walk with me. The place is safe and developing faster than you can imagine.
If it can be done here, it can be done anywhere.
