Overnight in a right posh b&b in Welshpool, crew fed on Cheesy Chips, (Ellie) Donner kebab (me) and a 16’’ pizza (Claire) time for bed as RallyNuts rally in deepest Wales tomorrow.

Meanwhile in Zambia, our Zambian Paramedic member Lazarous has been busy teaching first aid to Doctors and Nurses in Lusaka. Calder Rescue is currently involved in various safety strategies working with Lazarous in its early stages to make aware and develop first on scene.
