Of the 3 OL coaches linked to the #Bears: 1. Dan Roushar, sustained success at NFL level. 2. Joe Rudolph, strong player development resume but only in college ranks. - 3. Justin Frye, much less xp than others. But currently at OSU which consistently puts OL in the league.
