WHAT A SUMMER! Our largest average overall increases in Top Speed EVER at TMAD ⚡️ Congratulations to @MadisunSparks for setting the new ALL TIME MPH record for females. She gained over 1.38 MPH in 9 weeks of training. This is even more impressive because she came in fast! Madisun came in with a 47/63 (%) Step Balance. She had a 50/50 (%) Step Balance on Wednesday! @MeanGreenTFXC is getting the fastest and healthiest version of Madisun. GREAT job Madisun. Also congratulations to @CalebCappuccio for setting the 2nd fastest MPH ever at TMAD.
