🔑Something not talked about enough in swing mechanics: You can have great forward bend with your torso, but if the pelvis isn’t engaged, you’re leaving a ton on the table. When @CalebHadley1 pulled his pelvis away from the plate, it unlocked a ton of rotational space and allowed his COM to shift properly. ✅More space. ✅Better ball flight. ✅Cleaner turn.
