…it’s proportions. Smaller frame, shorter limbs, muscle “ pop” quicker. That’s a visual illusion, not some superior muscle growth 🥴
At the end of the day, yo body still gotta be pushed, fed, and trained consistently… ain’t nobody skipping the basics just cause they 5’6 😹
Cause why y’all be 6’4 talking bout you’d have abs or quads if you were shorter… miss thing …. If anything, longer limbs can make muscle look better once it fills out… ppl just don’t have the patience to build it.
