@CalendlySupport Heads up on @Calendly — they auto-renewed us for 3 seats when we only have 2 users. No advance notice, no proration, no refund. Found out the day we got charged. Their policy? Too bad. Be careful before you commit to an annual plan.

@CalendlySupport I reached out on 27 December requesting support for my Calendly account. Whilst some responses have appeared constructive, I am still awaiting resolution after multiple emails. The last contact was on 12 January and now there is no response at all!
