@8Notables My triglycerides/hdl ratio is 5.2, LDL 153& I told 2 drs to F-off. No statins. I got rid of seed & hydrogenated oils & my artery test was so clear, they had no argument. Bc of genetics you may not get them much lower but they keep moving goal posts to give us more meds.

My LDL is 166. Dr wants me in a statin. I don’t want it. Triglyceride to HDL ratio is 0.91 A1C 5.1%. Any natural ways to get LDL down to a level where he’ll f-off?
