No I get you! I’m not trying to be rude at all especially since that’s your friend. We always want to give good faith to our friends. If it is directly traced, I hope they take this as a learning experience that tracing artwork is something not appreciated in the community. If they need, they should look up the app Magic Poser! It allows you to control 3d models to trace over to learn anatomy for art pieces!

Are there any other WIPS or speed paints? I notice that the chest size of Akis character is rather large but in the piece in question not only are both hands in the EXACT same position and pose- but also the chest size is the exact same chest piece as Kitties commissioned piece. Not trying to dog pile but that WIP doesn’t prove it’s not traced because the WIP shows a completed sketch. There’s nothing in that pic to suggest the exact pose wasn’t traced
