@BASEBALLSCOUTZ Have never been a fan of these rankings. Congrats to the kids.....but these are based on attending and paying for events (and paying) usually. No way to rank top 500 kids or even 100. The bigger issue for me is it sets bad expectations & pressure for the parents and kids.

Coaches if you want the most out of your guys invest time in really getting to know and understand them. Know what drives them, know how they receive a challenge, and most importantly make sure they know you care. Coaches become an extension of family if done right.

Wow.. congrats to them all. Don't know how many of the 44 are from NorCal but if you are college scout at any level of baseball and you are not recruiting out of NorCal you are missing it. 💪
