Ai-generated artwork officially is ineligible for copyright protection as the US Supreme Court declined to review a appeal case.
The court rules that artwork needs to have a human creator in order to be eligible.

After years of trying to understand how to draw the forearm, I finally kind of understand how the muscles wrap around it. Not perfect but no more random lines until it looks okay. Next on my study list: hips and butts. Though I should figure out how to draw elbow too😆
Testing the new Wacom Movink Pad Pro 14. It is probably the best tablet/screen tablet I've ever used. I’ve struggled with display tablets for the past 7 years (and wasted a lot of money trying them), but this one might finally be the one.
@nesskain Hm, I see. I guess I can look up the differences between models on my own, however, what do you notice as the biggest reason to look into the 4 (as compared to the 3)?
@CaliphosA i have the saturn 3 ultra, which is good. it's slightly cheaper on their website, advantage of the saturn 3, is that you have an extra 2cm in height to print I believe.
@nesskain Oh, that painting bit is probably true (especially if you don't want to use a magnifying lens). I have only painted small/smallish things, and more space is less eye strain (and less painting over the wrong things, lol)!
@CaliphosA on camera it looks normal, but in reality, it is kinda small while i think it work fine. I think i need to resize by 3 to 5%. and it would be a tiny bit easier to paint probably ahah.
WIP - I always make the head too small in ZBrush and only notice after printing 😅
Working on my ultimate bara furry figure, pose might be standard, but I want interchangeable parts (arms, hands, shoes, and P.p 👀). Still undecided between sculpted clothing or real fabric.
@drefancosplay I was wondering how things were going for you! Busy isn't always bad, so hopefully you've been busy in a good way! Will you be overseas for long, or for a short-ish period of time? Hopefully you're going somewhere interesting and/or new!
@nesskain Ah, gotcha. Well, I am sure you can play around with that more later. Getting the models done/keyed is the hard part. Scaling will be easier going back in, I'm sure.
@CaliphosA the buff lady is not printed to the right scale, she s smaller. she s supposed to be 2m and the black demon is around 1m78 on heels 1m70 without heels.
