My coworker has a 1.99% mortgage. That is something you should NEVER pay off early. Inflation is at least 3%/yr. Why would anyone pay that off aggressively? It makes absolutely 0 sense.

@mattvanswol I haven't been to a mall in years and only then because a close friend wanted to go to a specific store. Malls posted "no weapons" signs- they don't want my disposable income.

ONE DAY after a sho*ting at the Raleigh NC mall sent the place into lockdown... ...now we just have people beat the living hell out of each other broad daylight in the exact same mall We shouldn't have to deal with this EVERY SINGLE DAY in North Carolina... What do we do?!!!
