Nothing is explicitly said in the movies, sure, but its incredibly obvious when you look at the way he treats kids across the films

Look, there’s no shame in admitting that Obsession is a dark-comedy. There’s also no shame in admitting that it’s a horror movie. Stop boxing movies into one specific thing. A film can be both horror and a dark-comedy.

As an SA victim I hold obsession very dearly to me. That movie holds a magnifying glass to male entitlement and the loss of female autonomy in a way that not only shames and punishes the abuser but sympathizes with and understands the victim and it’s horrifying and beautiful.

- The Good Time Girls is a great short with Laura Dern
- and Nightingale, while a movie I'm a tad mixed on at times, is a different western from the typical American frontier film and has a lot of aspects that are great!
