We can confirm that Kai Wagner has completed a permanent transfer to Philadelphia Union for an undisclosed fee. Following discussions during the off season, Wagner expressed a desire to return to the United States with his family for personal reasons.

@CallumPils I will say though spoke to her last week and she said the kids started at private school and hated it, they like the state school they are in now but she and the kids miss America and want to move back. She said that moving in Jan was hard and they haven’t settled.
