Listening to Florentino Perez last night, he really regretted sacking Xabi Alonso. His loss will be Chelsea’s gain. But we have to make the most of it. We need to give him the keys to create his preferred squad and environment. Anyone that isn't buying into his football should leave. With his wealth of knowledge in the game, I expect his talent ID to be top-notch. I expect him to know what it takes to build a successful team in a top league. Let him create his team, his own way. When a manager has such power and authority, no player will disrespect him. If we give him that, he will NOT fail. It's up to us now to GRAB the opportunity with both hands.
