@AmtrakNECAlerts is it guaranteed that Lake Shore Limited 49 will reach Buffalo tonight at 12:29am? There is a driving ban in effect at 9pm, and I don’t want to get there 3 1/2 hours in advance, but then be stuck at the station if the train is cancelled. Thank you!
