I will admit it didn't look intentional the same as what Sophie did wasn't intentional so the whole thing should have been thrown out and put down a bit of playoff biffo.

I'm hearing Sophie Cunningham will be free to play in game 3 of #WNBL20 semi-finals after receiving an early plea $250 fine (down from $500) for making contact to the face of Keely Froling. I believe it was deemed unintentional as she was looking away from Froling at the time.

Two people - one person reached out with their open hand & slapped/pushed someone in the face, the other didn't. Cunningham had a choice - she chose to strike Frolling in the face. It's a respect for the @WNBL , the elite players on EVERY team, the coaches, the volunteers & young ones that come along to every game & love these girls! @TheCaseBNE @WNBL Even worse they failed the fans and the volunteers that make the league run and an up and coming generation of ballers. They also failed the 40th anniversary of the league. Time to visit the clubs. The fans. The volunteers and the sponsors and listen to some truths.

If a @UCCapitals player behaved like this as often as she does, I would gladly cancel my personal sponsorship immediately.

All of this isn't personal, but I also think you're confusing 'a team that winge' for fans of women's sport that believe that the @wnbl and the 'independent panel' have failed in their responsibility to 1) protect players; and 2) uphold a standard of behaviour
