@Robotbeat What's the rationale for the A-tail here? Would it potentially collide with the wings when stowed in the launch tube? Seems counter productive for recovery, but if it's a loitering munition I suppose that's no factor. Altius is definitely a gorgeous platform.

How I think here is "start with something" is decisively making a decision on a high level plan to avoid wasting the project's time in analysis paralysis. "Quality early" is saying that even though your initial decision may have been made with imperfect information you cannot half ass the work or else your whole project will suffer down the line. Really, being able to "see the path" is the thing that bridges this dichotomy. With experience building you gain insight as to what small detail work requires quality early and what decisions need to be made with imperfect information to keep forward progress.

@GrantObi Your "Start with Something" and "Quality Early" are not necessarily contradictory, but I'd like clarification on how those two principles interact.

The @SpaceX Transporter missions are underrated. Dozens of small satellites, headed to LEO together... the "Christmas Tree" pictures are always so epic. Here they all are, in one place:
