Best selling cars in the UK for April and so far in 2026. Congrats to @forduk and @KiaUK for top two spots in April and YTD, with @JaecooUK in third place YTD, but slips from first to tenth from March to April - maybe supply issues?

Last week marked the end of the pheasant shooting season. A 'sport' where birds are shot out of the sky for the sheer fun of it. RT if you're opposed to pheasant shooting and drop us a follow @ProtectTheWild_ as we work to end all bird shooting.

@Nigel8B I'm not too sure, I haven't had chance to look at it very much yet. But there is an ominous aftermarket immobiliser which may be playing silly buggers 🙄 and these brakes are less wear&tear must rusty mc rust 😂

@CamJHB As long as it's structurally sound. Brakes I consider wear & tear. Do you know what's up with the engine? Old fuel or something more sinister?

Picked up this lovely little Daihatsu Applause last weekend. It will need quite a bit of work to get it on the road, but nothing unbeatable! I'm starting to think this Daihatsu ownership thing is getting out of hand.... #ダイハツアプローズ

@Nigel8B The photos are very, very kind 😅 the underbody, sills and wheel arches are covered in penetrative rust 😭 and the engine currently doesn't run, oh and all the brakes need replacing

@CamJHB Looks pretty tidy. Shouldn't take much to get it back to full health.
