Another week has gone by and now I have been debited almost triple the amount I am supposed to today by @MTNza - still not received the correct data and I’ve been debited 3 times in August. After promising to get it fixed there is still no resolution. A company with no shame!!

@MTNza I have also requested the recording with the agent who did my upgrade over the phone and my contract which I still haven’t received

Still received the incorrect data but still being charged for my old contact. No response from @MTNza after two weeks - taken over by Mondo and after promising to get back in 3-5 working days still nothing after 7 days. @MTNza keep being great 👍

@MTNza I upgraded my contract when called last month. I went from 12GB to 6/8GBs and my new contract was supposed to kick in this month. I was charged double in the first month and now I’m being billed R1517 this month but I received 1.99 GBs only somehow - 12 days later still no fix
