I do have to largely follow Stanford's job posting-interviewing-hiring model dictated for this position, so don't have much freedom in terms of application structure! I have to work from the application HR posts, PDF apps I get delivered, then interviews.

I think it’s a lil insane to expect a lot of effort when you aren’t even putting that much effort for them. Like if you want to know their drive or reasons make the call and interview them after they qualify.
