Mando probably won’t die until that Filloni project comes out and Grogu probably won’t get any real development until after that. He might be in Simon Kinberg’s trilogy.
More than likely Din Djarin should be dead after Starfigher with it being like 30-40 years later

It’s so funny that the film has a character literally tell Grogu, “There comes a time when everybody has to say goodbye.” And then the movie just… doesn’t do anything because Mando is going to be fourth lead in Filoni’s “Heir to the Empire” or whatever.

This is fair because this movie is supposed to be a clean slate for those that have never watched SW before and that’s hard to do if you know nothing about the Hutts because this movie is mostly about them

My most controversial take is I am not really that bothered that Dave Filoni has weird favourites in the “Star Wars” universe. The actual problem is his complete disinterest in making audience care about them beyond basic recognition, which would be bad even if it were a given.

Honestly we really should have just gotten The Mandalorian Season 4 over the film. Because now we won’t see Mando & Grogu again until atleast 2028 at the earliest.
