For the 2nd time this month, @mcclatchy and the @IdahoStatesman failed to pay their employees on time.
McClatchy has an obligation to bargain with its workers over changes in working conditions. It has failed to meet this basic legal requirement, and we will not stand for it.

You can see the pedestrian almost hiding behind the pole when he's hit by a patrol car that was chasing a suspect in downtown Spokane.
