@TheCryptoDog not gonna lie, been taking creatine for a few months. makes my excercising much more fluent & gain muscles/tone more rapidly. i take it in moderation though, 2.5g a day everyday!
Don't know why I ever stopped taking creatine. Need to fix that.
No side effects + increased glycogen storage in both muscle & brain, physical and cognitive benefits.
Only downer is the spoonful of sand feel every morning.
