I second this! Everyone knows what they are doing when they go into education. I worked in childcare for two years and I can honestly say the kids never once affected my decision to leave. But, working around unhelpful, judgmental adults can make it hard to want to stay.

Having a connection with each child in their own way is super important!! I learned this from working with three year olds and as i continue you my journey on becoming an educator I see this being a need more and more. #EdTechAtLATech

I loveee to see this. I was a student who struggled and needed tutoring when I was in middle school, this can make a big impact on children’s life who struggle. This could be the difference in a child wanting to learn or not! #EdTechAtLATech
