In this study, we tested a one-session intervention, which was specifically focused on intrusive memories, however it does not mean this could not also be offered multiple times if needed. These are very interesting questions, and they remain open for the moment 🤔

Interesting the thoughts around ptsd intervention in one session not my experience of those with ptsd related to childbirth and certainly for myself intensive therapy was needed.

But definitely something to improve in future studies. FYI, we contacted the participants approx. 1 yr later (to share the results) and none mentioned a relapse. Hope that answers your question🙂
