Every heavy guy or gal has a ceiling on their weight loss. It’s their identity. “I’m just a big guy” or “I’m a plus sized gal” is what they say to themselves somewhere along the way. Their ceiling is their best weight loss number they’ve ever done. In order to break through that, they MUST see themselves differently, and that pretty impossible to do on their own. You can’t see the label with directions when you’re inside the bottle. The tactics have to change as you progress. This is why I say weight loss is psychological work and has a massive impact on our mental health, but no one is ready for that conversation.

Day 45 of the next 50 years was some hard cardio and killer leg day (same thing I did when I was 38). I was fired up mentally this morning and taking it moderate was never going to happen. Some days I need to blow off steam, and this is the best way to keep from feeling anxious and take advantage of the energy level. Having anxious energy isn’t always a bad thing, when you use it for productive activities. 😉

My son ask to go hang out with a couple of friends. Told him to be home by 11:00. He walks in at the 10:35. Wow son you’re almost 30 minutes early….Yeah well the cops got called. I told them I had to tell my mama because if she found out and I didn’t tell her first she would be really mad. 🤔 He wasn’t involved and sat in the car while another male and female were yelling in the parking lot . Quick lesson was learned that the people you hang around matters. 😉
