Really pleased to see EOLC PGDs taking off: an essential safety net when dying occurs without prior planning Have audited @OFFICIALIOWAS use of PGD for 3 yrs now. Main finding is paramedics have the communication skills, clinical judgment and compassion to use to excellent effect
