The paint is Kandy Brandywine. Look closely. The signature on the dash explains everything else. Carroll Shelby signed it before he was gone. Carroll Shelby passed in 2012. Every signature he left on a car before that is permanent now. Not a detail. A document. This Mustang has his signature on the leather interior and on the dash. That happened. It can't happen again. The build starts with a 1968 Mustang restored body. Eleanor bodylines. Black GT500 stripes over deep Kandy Brandywine. Under the hood: 520 cubic inches. 8-stack individual throttle body fuel injection. Eight velocity stacks pointed straight up. The kind of setup that announces itself before the hood opens. TKO 600 5-speed manual behind it. Independent front and rear suspension. Air conditioning. Pioneer double-DIN system. 200 mph gauges. The Eleanor kit gives it the wide-body aggression the factory never offered in 1968. The Kandy paint gives it something no factory ever offered at all. But the signatures are what separate this from every other Eleanor-bodied Mustang build in existence. Carroll Shelby looked at this car and put his name on it twice. Some still remember when Shelby signatures on production cars meant something. On a build like this, it means considerably more.
