Marking the launch of @NASA's Artemis II mission to the moon, The King has written to mission specialist, Canadian Space Agency astronaut Colonel Jeremy Hansen - the first Canadian to travel on a moon mission - commending his leadership and vision. The first rocket to go around the moon in more than 50 years, Artemis II will be NASA’s first mission with crew aboard the Space Launch System rocket and Orion spacecraft. As global space activity, exploration, and the space economy rapidly expand, His Majesty recognises the importance of stewardship and responsible governance to protect the infinite wonders of the universe.
