GM ihr Lieben. Ich möchte heute etwas teilen, das mich die letzten Jahre stark geprägt hat. In dieser Zeit habe ich viel gewonnen, aber auch vieles wieder verloren. Nicht, weil der Markt schuld war. Sondern weil ich manche Lektionen mehrfach gebraucht habe. Ungeduld. FOMO. Zu früh raus, zu spät rein. Viele von euch kennen das Gefühl. Doch irgendwann habe ich begonnen, meine Fehler nicht nur zu sehen, sondern zu verstehen. Ich habe sie angenommen, auseinandergenommen und neu eingeordnet. Und damit aufgehört, sie zu wiederholen. Geduld ist keine Schwäche. Geduld ist die Fähigkeit, innerlich stabil zu bleiben, auch wenn es im Aussen turbulent ist. Manchmal braucht es Jahre, bis etwas reif wird. In uns und im Markt. Ich hatte einmal 1000 ETH, 30 BTC, 2000 BNB und 5 Millionen DOGE. Das klingt rückblickend beeindruckend. Aber wenn fast alles davon weg ist, bleibt etwas anderes. Erfahrung. Klarheit. Reife. Und ja, manchmal auch Wut auf das eigene Ego. Aber genau daraus wächst Bewusstsein. Meine $WSI halte ich weiter. Ich werde auch mal Gewinne realisieren, wenn Preis und Wert stimmig sind. Im Moment besteht da noch eine massive Differenz. Manchmal braucht halt alles seine Zeit! An alle, die die letzten Jahre an meiner Seite geblieben sind, möchte ich euch sagen. Der Weg war nicht umsonst, davon bin ich fest überzeugt. Nach meinem zweiten Exit habe ich zum ersten Mal das Gefühl, dass das, was jetzt entsteht, Substanz trägt. Eine Unternehmensgruppe mit über 100 Mitarbeitenden ist kein Zufall, die mal eben WeSendit übernommen haben. Das ist ein massiver Schritt und über die Jahre auch dank der Community gewachsen. Mit der Übernahme durch die apfeleins.group AG und die 4element Investments AG beginnt für @WeSendit ein neues Kapitel. Besonders freue ich mich über die Rückkehr von Dimitri Tirez, meinem Mitgründer und ehemaligen Geschäftspartner. Mit seiner Energie und seinem Unternehmergeist bringt er frische Impulse in das Unternehmen. Gemeinsam mit Reto Massalongo als neuem CEO und Christian Busse als VRP entsteht jetzt eine Führungskonstellation, die auf Kontinuität, Klarheit und technologischer Weitsicht basiert. Christian bringt langjährige Erfahrung aus Web2- und Web3 Projekten mit und verfügt über die Fähigkeit, Technologie strategisch zu denken und in robuste, skalierbare Strukturen zu überführen. Genau diese Kombination stärkt die nächste Wachstumsphase von WeSendit. Ich blicke mit Stolz und Dankbarkeit auf die gemeinsame Zeit zurück. Auf die Höhen, die Herausforderungen, das Wachstum – und vor allem auf die Community, die diesen Weg mitgetragen hat. Eure Geduld, eure Unterstützung und euer Feedback in allen Phasen bedeuten mir sehr viel. WeSendit bleibt ein wichtiger Teil meiner Geschichte, und ich bleibe dem Projekt weiterhin verbunden. All die Learnings aus WeSendit fliessen hier mit ein und bilden die Grundlage für das, was jetzt entsteht. Ich freue mich darauf, bald mehr zu teilen. I know very well the challenges behind accomplishing something for the first time. Revealing things that have not been brought to light before is a part of my job. In this regard, I can say that WeSendit has progressed quite quickly in a few years. Ich lese natürlich mit, was rund um @WeSendit auf CMC und TG diskutiert wird, und möchte ein kurzes Update geben. Vielleicht kann ich damit für einige offene Fragen Antworten liefern – zu meinem Rückzug als CEO und meiner Rolle heute. Mein Rücktritt war keine geschäftliche Entscheidung. Nach vielen intensiven Jahren bei WeSendit war für mich der Zeitpunkt gekommen, auch persönliche Prioritäten neu zu setzen. Als VRP bleibe ich dem Unternehmen weiterhin verbunden und sehe täglich, mit wie viel Energie Reto als neuer CEO und das gesamte Team an den nächsten Schritten arbeiten. Natürlich ist uns allen bewusst, dass der Tokenpreis aktuell hinter den Erwartungen zurückliegt – auch hinter unseren. Es ist nicht einfach zu sehen, dass sich die harte Arbeit des Teams bisher nicht im Markt widerspiegelt. Die Erwartung nach mehr Sichtbarkeit im Markt für $WSI ist nachvollziehbar – genau daran müssen wir mehr arbeiten. Gleichzeitig sehe ich täglich, wie entschlossen und professionell Reto und sein Team die notwendigen technischen Schritte umsetzen, um das Nutzererlebnis für unsere Node Operator und Kunden spürbar zu verbessern. Der Fokus liegt auf der Weiterentwicklung unserer Web3-Plattform, damit die Monetarisierung mit externen Partnern starten kann. Für mich persönlich war es nach mehr als zehn Jahren der richtige Zeitpunkt, ein neues Kapitel aufzuschlagen. Ich bleibe Web3 treu und werde meine Learnings in ein neues Projekt einbringen, das ich in den kommenden Wochen vorstellen werde.
