medians aren't skewed by billionaires, that's what means are for. NYC data: White median household net worth ~$200k vs Black ~$2,800 (or ~$19k statewide). The gap at the middle isn't "wealth concentration." It's homeownership, family structure, savings, choices. Using it for race-based taxes is still BS.
