Pour the beer blend into the cream and whisk for 2 minutes. Turn up the mixer speed and whisk until you have a creamy, thick consistency. Pour into an airtight container, cover tightly with baking paper, then the lid. Freeze for at least 6 hours, then….yum!!

You need 2 cups of whipping cream, 1 can (400ml) of sweet condensed milk and 1 bottle or can of stout beer. Keep the ingredients cold in the fridge before you start. Using a mixer, whisk the cream until it forms peaks. Grab a bowl and combine the beer with the condensed milk.
