I have design a vegan menu to challenge myself with food and recipes I am not used to and, at the same time, delight vegan and vegetarian dinners with dishes they can hardly find in London.

There we go again! Canalla is back with our first pop up dinner, an event I really wanted to do for long time. For one evening, we will bring a bit of Andalucía to North London with tapas from Sevilla, Córdoba and Jaén and a playlist with the best of Andalusian artists.
