Nobody trusts a stranger's GPU by default. Random jobs get re-run by verifiers and compared perceptually. Canary jobs test providers with known outputs. Results don't match → dispute → slash. Most jobs pass instantly. The ones that don't get caught.

Biggest honest tradeoff: cold start. Loading a large model on a fresh node takes time. We cache weights via Arweave/IPFS with CDN layer to minimize it. Warm nodes get priority routing. Not instant. Better than waiting for a cloud instance to spin up.
