Have to applaud @TakeProfitLLC for their transparency. As an engineer in development constantly trust me things like this can happen, systems relying on systems. Since they were transparent during the process about why the initial bans happen - sharing the data with those traders, rather than being obscure; this allowed us to see the root cause quickly. 10/10 for transparency - why they're one of the best 👏
