Our team at the ready for a new season of #harvesting. We begin on Lake Antoine farm at the North of the Island, with the harvest of ‘Purple TallBoy’ on Swamp Field.

#CaneCoCandids featuring Edwin, Matthew, Oscar, Deborah and Keisha. We return to the fields for the start of the year’s growth with the planting ‘Clean Esther’ cane variety on Nursery Farm.

A #CaneCoCandid of Benedict, or ‘Big Ben’ as he’s known. This week - whenever the rain has held off for long enough - we harvest Purple Tall Boy cane variety from ‘Graham’ field on Meadows farm. Our first ever harvest of this particular farm.
