The first step is to reduce the supply of $CATPAY tokens to 1/10,000 the current supply by removing four 0’s. This will increase the token price by 10,000x making it more readable — the value of users holdings should be unchanged. This change requires a migration to a v2 contract that also separates CATPAY tokens from CateCoin contracts. v2 CATPAY contract: 0x64f69b696c4275c879b1ee370f852ca5765bde24 Prior to migrating, users should unstake all their tokens.
