@HelenAnnSmith0 CBD suppliers themselves have joined together in what has been an object lesson in self-regulation but there has been zero support from MHRA or FSA and a complete failure to enforce existing laws, despite pressure from the industry to do so.

@HelenAnnSmith0 The market hasn't been regulated at all and the efforts that the industry has made to work with the MHRA and FSA since 2016 have been ignored until this 'top down' imposition of misguided over-regulation. It misses the point completely and risks destroying the market

CONFIRMING this was 6kg of Premium Flower that we'd already paid for. So losses well north of €20k. Customs will argue when we litigate that they're just doing their job and there's actually a Clause protecting them in this area as well. Our team will obvs argue differently.
