Today would be a great day for @Fantrax to reverse their decision of locking @CantonDynasty out of their league site as punishment for saying mean (But true) things about them on this site. Not doing it at all would’ve been better, but, you know, they did. 🤷🏻♂️ #FantasyFootball

@Fantrax broke our previous league seasons (Which we already paid for in full, on-time), wouldn’t fix them, and then basically said, “Those are nice league features you have there. It would be a shame if something happened to them. Now pay us. Also, rent went up.”

Imagine having such thin skin. Our league (Customers of 14 years) contacted @Fantrax 6x this summer about an problem that they created. They don’t try solve it, and then when we complained about that in a public forum, they decide to preemptively cut off access to their product.

Now, @Fantrax has locked us out of our own league website due to nonpayment of a fee that is not due until tomorrow (9/30). This is absolutely a punitive reaction to our tweets earlier which highlighted Fantrax’s disinterest in providing us with a fix to the issues they created.

So, essentially, @Fantrax deleted data from our previous seasons without reason (Or at least not one that they would communicate to us), denied doing so, later admitted it, and then told us they wouldn’t fix it. Way to value your 14-year customers. #DynastyLeague #FantasyFootball

The fact that @Fantrax has just ignored our repeated requests to simply fix the issues that they created by randomly deleting data from our previous 10 league seasons, has pushed our league to the brink of considering ending our 14-year relationship. Our league fee is due on 9/30

Beware #DynastyLeague #FantasyFootball players, @Fantrax can and will delete data (Including players/player statistics) from previous seasons for no reason, lie about doing it, finally admit it’s a lie when proven, then wash their hands of any responsibility/ask for a 50~% raise.
