I Ran two really strong prs at my regional meet yesterday. In the 1600, I was able to manage at pr of 4:41 and place 7th. In the 3200, I was able to come back and run another pr of 10:21 while placing 8th. Overall a great way to end off my season! @CadetAthletics @CadetTrackField

Ran a really strong 1600 yesterday at my conference championships. After the the top 3 runners took off, it was a really tactical race for me. I was still able to finish with my second best time ever in 4:48, placing 5th/42 overall. @CadetAthletics

Had a great first 4x800 of the season. I ran the second leg and I was able to take the lead and open up a gap for my team who eventually won the heat, while splitting a pr of 2:10. @CadetTrackField @CadetAthletics @ChibiEmejue

Tonight I was working on lower intent swings while creating space and keeping my hands loose and whippy I had a great lift today hitting 1 PR with being DB bench with 65’s for 8 reps. I also had split squat from pins. I moved 265lbs extremely quickly moving it with intent.
