@DreAllDay Karmelo anything didn’t say anything. He sat in the tent to get out of the rain. Metcalf tried to make him leave by pushing him. Karmelo literally did nothing wrong.

Karmelo Anthony: Said something 👉 provoked response 👉 deadly force. ChudTheBuilder: Said something 👉 provoked response 👉 deadly force. According to the logic I’m seeing, they’re either both guilty, or both innocent. Which one is it?

The Chud the Builder case is going to be interesting Both parties who think it’s a slam dunk on either side of the spectrum are wrong On the one hand he does have freedom of speech & a word isn’t legal basis for an assault On the other there’s a massive case for him instigating conflict with the intent to cause physical harm This is going to come down to who he gets as a judge

I’m glad the law isn’t as dim as this person. I’ve never said a punch was deadly force. I compared the two as both things that people have died from that are not considered deadly force.
Bailey Johnson@BaileyJohn56500

@CapGotOne @FrenlyOfficer x.com/CapGotOne/stat… this guy is being intentionally dishonest, don't engage. Here he is admitting that a Punch can be seen as deadly force, Thus invalidating this entire argument.

If you punch someone in the head without just provocation, I think self-defense with a firearm is justified.

He does not have the right to defend himself with a gun if he’s punched. Only in cases of reasonable imminent threat to your life can you use deadly force, even in stand your ground states. Just because some person in Australia died from a single punch to the head doesn’t constitute it being a REASONABLE imminent threat.

I didn’t say what he was doing was smart. Yes, you may get punched in the head for being that dumb no doubt. BUT, when you do punch him in the head, he does have the right to defend himself with a gun. That’s the point. If you physically attack someone over words because you are too weak of a man and I hear a bad word, regardless of how stupid the person is that said the words, that person has the right to end your life

@CapGotOne @MajToure Saying the government won’t persecute you for speech is extremely vague. For example I do armed airport security. I PROMISE there’s some key words that’ll get you hemmed up and locked up. Also if your speech is intended to incite you CAN be charged under federal law.

@CapGotOne @T6900_AMERIKKKA @FrenlyOfficer You can walk away. Black people can walk away from White people without fear. White people cannot turn their backs on black aggressor who are antagonizing them. That’s when the whole monkey pack will attack.

@JustCallMeJoeP Maybe understand verbally assaulting someone comes with a risk? It was a punch this time, could’ve been way worse.

Regartless what you think of Bud the Chuilder this discussion needed to be had anyway. This whole "I can attack you with impunity because you made a specific sound with your mouth" thing has to come to an end. It's incongruous to a civilized and free society

Yes. That means the government won’t persecute him for his speech. That doesn’t mean someone won’t punch him is his face. Calling your boss an idiot isn’t a crime but he’s going to fire you … btw verbal assault is a crime. Especially because he walks around with a gun threatening to shoot people. That’s intimidation, even if a threat wasn’t made at the time.

It’s still constitutionally protected speech. He has the lawful right to do it 24 hours a day, and it can never be made a crime. Also, engaging in one constitutional right does not waive your right to self defense. If people are so weak that they must attack a person over a word they themselves use thousands of times a day, then that’s on them. They must bear the consequences of attacking someone that’s armed and lawfully allowed to defend themselves.

It was proven to be a cleat sharpener. Which is common and allowed at track meets. Multiple of Metcalf’s own teammates stated he pushed Karmelo twice. Karmelo didn’t meet equal force but Chud did? Assault is assault. If Karmelo is wrong then Chud is doubly wrong.
DeAnna Calderón@DCinTejas

@CapGotOne Karmelo Anthony brought a knife onto school property. Metcalf allegedly pushed him and that’s when the knife was pulled out. It seems like Anthony didn’t meet force with equal force. He’s also going to have an uphill battle claiming self-defense.

Your logic would make sense if he wasn’t live streaming him walking up to people who are minding their own business and starts verbally assaulting them. He says black people are “low IQ, impulsive, and prone to violence”. Him walking up to and antagonizing black people, with his beliefs, is proof that he’s looking for that reaction.

He had a bounty on his head and his dog was just murdered. He was being threatened every single day he was on the streets. The fear of imminent threat was that a constant for him. Saying he can't put himself in danger and claim self-defense is moronic. Was he supposed to lock himself in his house 24/7? The house where they came and murdered his dog?

@FreudWasSus @BitcoinFatality @FrenlyOfficer Wow that’s crazy. Considering white men are the most violent in human history. Go ahead and quote some false FBI statistics that don’t take into account all of the murders of black people by white people pre-1931, before the FBI was created. White men have killed millions.

@esotericempyre @AmiriKing @GBNT1952 You should defend your family from harassment and verbal assault. He’s looking to escalate, that’s why he carries a gun. Police won’t do anything because according to you he’s not doing anything wrong.
