This will be the final week of the season for Climb the Light, our free museum, and on-site visitor hosts. Our last day is September 24th, so make sure to come on out to Climb the Light and get a warm welcome from our staff! The grounds and trail will remain open😄

Due to the approaching Hurricane forecast, the entire Cape Forchu Light Station property will be CLOSED, effective today, Thursday, September 14th at 5:00 p.m. A decision to re-open the site will be made as any storm damage is assessed and repaired.

This weekend we welcomed 18 visitors from the United States Lighthouse Society! They are on a tour of lighthouses in PEI and NS, with 78 on their itinerary😍 And the coolest part? Of all the lighthouses, they chose ours to put on their tour patch! What an honour🤩
