@CapitalOneUK I'm trying to report more fraud on a card that is supposed to be blocked. Your fraud team have categorically stated that there are no transactions on the date reported. Your customer care team said there are and speak to the fraud team! It shouldn't be this hard

@CapitalOneUK morning. Ive had a text telling me a new card is coming. My current one is valid until 2029, valid since last year. The text has nested with other known capital one texts so seems legit. Is this normal to have a new one sent out so early? Ive not requested it.

@CapitalOne @CapitalOneUK I ordered a gift that was delivered to an address I did not choose. You have not refunded me my £280. After speaking to the financial ombudsman you have still not refunded me. You said “you have done everything you can”. Customer service at its finest!
