I’ve been scammed out of $65 dollars that was promised to me for ordering. I have all of the evidence but their customer support is horrible and takes forever. DON’T TRUST THEM

FYI when your customer tells you that someone fraudulent used their card for something in Canada and you reverse the credit because the fraud company confirms my name, you suck. Thats not standing by your customer, thats enabling fraud. Now you lost a customer and a business customer 🙄 Do better, or don't. Hopefully you will go out of business because all the scammers go to you. Unless you're in on it

@CapitalOneBiz has the worst customer service possible. First, they change me to paperless statements so I don’t receive my bill and run past due. Then they don’t use anyone at customer service for 40 minutes now. You don’t have a high call volume, it’s 11:38p on the east coat
