@AskCapitalOne Would love to, but you guys don’t have DMs turned on. The only reason I got Venture X was for the lounge access. I’m sitting on the floor outside the lounge waiting for space to open up. There’s plenty of space.

@CapitalOne I’m on my 4th flight in 2 weeks. Haven’t been able to access any of the lounges because “they’re full” — but they’re not. Place is half empty. They put me on the latest waiting list: 100 minute wait. Is this a scam? Disappointing.

@AskCapitalOne X chat isn't even working. The Capital One case # is 260523230009677. If this isn't resolved I will not be able to use my card for online purchases and have no choice but to cancel and close my card.

@CapitalOne Just opened a new account and somehow an e-mail address and phone number on the profile that are not mine. Won't let me change it. Been getting nowhere with customer service over the phone, no e-mail to reach out to. By far the worst credit card experience I have ever had.

I am having a huge dispute with @WilliamsSonoma @potterybarn that is almost a year old. I've even written to the CEO of the company and the chief of customer service and still getting these emails. They keep telling me to call the "orders processing" section, which I've done FOUR times with no success. This is the email that I get over and over. I'm on a never-ending hamster wheel. I paid this six months ago and have sent them the documentation showing I paid it several times. I don't know what else to do. It just bugs me that they don't treat me like I'm human.

I opened maybe six accounts. I am moving all our banking from USAA and moving money from Ally. Since I have opened those accounts I have been harassed with emails and notifications and alerts telling me to fund the accounts within 60 days or you will close. My attempts to fund the accounts has been hindered by the fact that only three accounts can be configured for transfer and your transfers appear to take about a week. The whole experience has been so completely shitty I am likely closing the accounts. Further, I’ve discovered your bill pay doesn’t support ebills and a downgrade from USAA. Moving to BofA. Godawful experience with CapitalOne.

Hey @CapitalOne it would be a lot easier to fund the accounts I set up if you’d allow more than three accounts to be configured for transfers. Pester me one more time and threaten me one more time with account closure and I’m out. The delay is you not me.

Hi. Can someone please reach out to me? My card was turned off for making large payments (not charges). I jumped through all of the hoops and sent my bank statement on Thursday… my account is still off. I just called “customer service” and they said it’s going to take you TEN DAYS to read it!?!?! I need someone who can actually do something to call me.
