As a lifelong soccer player and fan, this shouldn't be a foul. I understand the rules make it a foul, but the offensive player runs into the kick. It's a soft thing to call a game altering penalty shot on. Softer fouls like this in the box should be moved out of the box.

Baltimoron confirmed. When adults have discussions, they mention facts whether or not they "want" it that way or not. I was commenting on it being generous because I have seen players like Pierre Garcon or Santana Moss have bad seasons with bad QBs too and get lower ratings.
