You’re not fooling anyone, Ted – You’re just as unpopular as Swalwell Congressman Lieu, So now you’re suddenly withdrawing your endorsement of Eric Swalwell for California Governor “in light of the recent allegations.” How convenient. You proudly endorsed him back in February, calling him a “fearless” leader who holds bad actors accountable — the same Swalwell who’s now facing serious s*xual assault accusations, watching his campaign implode, and scrambling with staff quitting and cease-and-desist letters flying. You sat on the Judiciary Committee with him for years. You knew his record. You knew the baggage. But you jumped on board anyway because it fit your anti-Trump narrative. Now that the heat is on and other Democrats are jumping ship, you quietly distance yourself with a one-sentence tweet. That’s not principle — that’s political cowardice and damage control. You’re no better than the rest of them. You’ve been in hot water plenty yourself: pushing unverified wild claims from the Epstein files about Trump “r*ping children,” the dodgy Stanford donation timing with your son’s admission, taking money from convicted pr*dator Ed Buck before having to return it, and that deleted “dual loyalty” tweet that smelled like an anti-Semitic trope. Not to mention downplaying government censorship in the Twitter Files and your nonstop partisan trolling that makes you look more like a social media clown than a serious legislator. The truth is, you’re deeply unpopular. Polls show your favorability in the tank — most Americans outside your safe blue district see you as just another out-of-touch California Democrat obsessed with Trump derangement instead of actually fixing problems like the cost-of-living crisis or border security that hit real people every day. Californians and the country are tired of this hypocritical circus. Withdrawing one endorsement doesn’t clean up your own record or make you look tough — it just highlights how out of touch and desperate the whole lot of you are. Do better, or step aside. The voters are watching, and your approval numbers don’t lie. CHEERS TO YOU.
